We at scanjitu set out these terms to explain how our platform operates, what we require from account holders, and how we handle disputes. When you install our Android APK or access scanjitu via iOS browser, you accept these terms automatically. Our terms cover account creation, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, game rules, and your rights when you close your account.

Our policy centres on transparency and fair dealing. We enforce these terms equally across all users—whether you access scanjitu from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan. We do not change terms retroactively; any future changes apply only to new accounts or after 30 days' notice to existing account holders.

Account Terms and Eligibility

You remain liable for all activity on your account—we do not refund losses arising from unauthorized access even if someone else logged in using your credentials.

Password Reset and Account Recovery on scanjitu

If you forget your password, tap "Forgot Password" on our login screen. We email you a reset link valid for 24 hours. Use that link to set a new password and log in immediately. If you cannot access your registered email, contact our support team via in-app chat. We verify your identity—using your registered phone number and ID number—and issue a password reset within one business day.

If your scanjitu account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts, we unlock it automatically after subject to verification. We also log all login attempts and device changes under Account → Security so you can audit who accessed your account and when.

KYC Verification

Account Closure
You may request account closure under Account → Settings. We refund your balance within five business days if no bets are unsettled.
Dormant Account

When you request a withdrawal, our fraud-detection system reviews your account age, deposit history, game activity, and withdrawal pattern. This review typically takes one business day. We notify you by SMS and push notification once your withdrawal is approved and sent to your bank or e-wallet.

Withdrawals route back to your original deposit method—if you deposited via online payment, your withdrawal returns to e-wallet; if via mobile banking Virtual Account, your funds return to your local payment account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. During holiday periods—Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek—banking delays may extend processing to two business days. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

We offer bonuses to new and returning account holders on scanjitu. All bonuses carry wagering requirements—you must stake the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw bonus funds. We display wagering terms clearly before you claim any bonus. Bonuses expire 30 days after credit; any unclaimed portion is forfeited. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash; they can only be used to place bets.

We reserve the right to forfeit bonus credits if we detect abuse—such as placing bets designed to hedge bonus risk or exploiting bonus loopholes. If you meet our eligibility criteria, we credit bonuses automatically; you do not need to enter a bonus code.

Bet Settlement and Dispute Resolution

We settle bets immediately once results are confirmed by official sources—Liga 1 results via the official league, Piala AFF results via the tournament organizer, live-dealer game results via our casino software. If a match is postponed or cancelled, we refund your stake within 24 hours. If a result is disputed, we consult the official governing body and apply their decision.

If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly on scanjitu, contact our support team via in-app chat within 48 hours of settlement. We investigate and respond within two business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to our disputes team. We keep records of all settlement decisions and make them available to you under Account → History.

Jurisdiction and Legal Restrictions

Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. If your jurisdiction restricts gaming, we will close your account and refund your balance.

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration. You waive your right to pursue legal action in court for disputes under these terms.
